Ageing: Minimum 10 years in bourbon casks in Caribbean. 2 years in Ferrand cognac casks in France. Finish 1 additional year in Arran scotch whisky cask.

Rich in texture taste with a beautiful fruity profile. Aromas of pineapple, pear, blackberry followed by liquorice, lavender, dried herbs & spices. Long finish, notes of chocolate malted barley.
