Vatos Bitter Liqueur

Vatos Bitter is a handcrafted, sugar free, chemical/artificial free liqueur. A special co operation with Baba Au Rum. With a rich variety of 39 herbs, fruits and spices from the pure land of northern Greece, it's an ideal ingredient for cocktails like negronis and aperitivos or neat as a digestive

Buccaneer's Negroni No3:

40ml Aged Light Rum

30ml Vatos Bitter

25ml Red Vermouth

Stir all ingredients in a double old-fashion glass filled with ice cubes. Garnish with a lime peel and grated Tonka (optionally).

Vatos Spritz:

40ml Vatos Bitter

Top up with Prosecco

Stir gently all ingredients in white whine glass over ice cubes. Garnish with an olive.
